This week we have some fresh artists blending indie pop, rock n roll, electronic music, and rap.

1. Pipin – Can’t Be Friends

Hailing from Brisbane, Australia, Pipin is a newcomer in the industry, the dreamy pop princess released her well-acclaimed debut single ‘Crowded‘ early this year, now coming with her 3rd track, the 24 years old singer and songwriter as known as Bec Hoole is on the path to establish her promising career. The song ‘Can’t Be Friends‘ combines a catchy synth hook with captivating melodies spreading the straight message about moving on with your life to bigger and better friendships, it suits perfectly for our first place this week.
2. Maddisun – Mountain Air

About to release her debut album, Maddisun is a Canadian singer/songwriter from British Columbia, after years of songwriting and playing several gigs around East Kootenays this year she decided to take her career to next level, increasing her social media and online presence while framing the perfect picture to her high-quality record. Mountain Air, the song it is included in her first record called Self Reflections, blends the soulful vocals with her feel-good indie-rock music, which is truly awesome. Coming from a perfect haven for the hippy/music lifestyle recorded with the support of her band, she has brought to life a track about a true reflection of herself that can inspire others to embrace their own. This rightly deserves getting our 2nd spot this week.
3. Genesis Z and The Black Mambas ft. Redman – Karnivor

In our 3rd spot this week we have an artist that we could easily consider him being a legend, taking into consideration his background in the music industry, Genesis Z, aka Genesis Ian, is a singer-songwriter, musician, producer, and videographer from the Philippines. Genesis Z has truly solid achievements in his career from opening for Stevie Wonder, rocking the stage and house parties with Medusa, Anderson Paak, and Bruno Mars to song pitching for Seal, Lauren Hill, and Beyoncé, working with other legends including the likes of Dr. Dre, Busta Rhymes, Korn just to name a few. Now coming back to the music scene with a powerful collaboration with The Black Mambas and Redman on the track called Karnivor, which is a blending between rock and rap bringing a reminiscent sound of new metal, which is totally amazing.
4. Jaws The Shark – Mission Impossible

Hailing from London, Jaws The Shark is the Lo-fi solo project masterminded by Olly Bailey, after years of experience in the industry touring around the world as Artist Manager and Tour Manager, Bailey decided that was his time to take the spotlight, releasing his debut single ‘Mission Impossible’ it’s pretty much catchy song that could easily be your soundtrack while you chase your dream subject. This track is all about realizing that in life, nothing is given to you for free, with a strong message combined with an amazing garage rock sound, which is perfect for our 4th spot this week.
5. BoogaTronic – Soul Horizon

BoogaTronic is an electronic music project from the UK, dropping their latest track called ‘Soul Horizon’ which is a blending of electro, pop, and funk music to create this truly feel-good beat while bringing together stunning guitar riffs with synthesized drums resulting into a smooth funk sound. This is the perfect soundtrack to enjoy your day while you are chilling at a sunset view and prime to finish off our weekly list spotting our 5th place this week.
